As anyone that has been to Burgeo knows, high speed internet there costs over $30 a month and download speeds are often as slow 20 kbs with uploads about the same. This is awful. In my opinion, very basic high speed internet is at least 386 kbs but real high speed is at least 2000-12000 kbs see www.comcast.com or www.att.com

a company called persona is finally installing fiber optic cable all along the south coast under water. This is great now maybe I will be able to video chat with my parents using skype and Burgeo will leap into the new millennium.
