Well we made it here in one piece, two earthquakes off the coast of Tonga later. On the way here we stopped in Tahiti, very beautiful. Picture the rocky mountains rising from the sea and covered in green, that's Tahiti. They speak French there (I think they are actuall French Citizens or something).
We finally made it to Roratonga at about 3 pm NFLD time or 0730 local time. Since we have been here we have met with the wedding planner, paid for the wedding, met the local guy that owns the internet cafe, kayaked the length of the lagoon to look at fish got caught in a thunderstorm that was very cool and refreshing in this heat. By the way, we don't have a TV in our room but we do have access to the internet (dial up mind you but hey it is better than nothing).
